The “See included models” link above each plan lists every model it covers. Models outside that list — including any tagged “Premium” or “Not in subscription” — are billed in credits.

How is image generation billed for subscribers?
For image models covered by your subscription, each request gets 1 free image, and generating one at a time is still unlimited.
