If a response contains sensitive information, we will filter or remove it and cannot guarantee the completeness of the response. We also log your IP address; if unlawful use is discovered, this website will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities to take action.

4. To protect your personal privacy, please keep your personal identity data secure and avoid leaking it.

5. You confirm and acknowledge that all content generated by the Service comes from artificial intelligence models, so it may occasionally be unexpected or wrong — please verify facts yourself. 8. Knowledge base storage. Every user has a permanent base storage quota of 500MB, and can buy additional storage packs with credits. Annual-plan users get an extra 20GB for the duration of their plan, and monthly-plan users get an extra 5GB for the duration of their plan; trial day passes come with no bonus storage. Storage is calculated from the original size of your uploaded files plus your note text; the index and extracted text used for AI retrieval don't count against your quota. If a storage pack expires or your usage goes over quota, content you've already saved won't be deleted — viewing, searching, downloading, exporting, deleting, writing notes, and AI Q&A all keep working as normal, only uploading new files is paused; it resumes automatically once you're back within quota or you renew. If "auto-renew on expiry" is on, the renewal fee is deducted from your credit balance when it expires; if your balance is insufficient, it won't renew, and we'll notify you with an in-site message. If your account stays over quota for 12 consecutive months without renewing or signing in, we'll notify you 30 days in advance with an in-site message (and email too, if you have one bound); after that, we may delete files beyond your base storage quota — after a manual review — though your note text itself is never deleted.
